This Privacy Policy explains how Pat Sharpe Photography (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit www.patsharpephotography.com (the “Site”) or contact us to arrange a booking or purchase prints. We operate from Finland and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

At present we do not run an online booking engine; all enquiries are handled manually.
4. Cookies & analytics
The Site is hosted on Wix. Wix places essential cookies that allow the website to function and, where enabled, may set basic analytics cookies to count visits anonymously. We do not use marketing pixels or third‑party advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
5. How do we use your data?

We do not send marketing newsletters, nor do we use your data for automated decision‑making or profiling.
6. Where is your data stored and how is it secured?
All correspondence is stored in our Outlook (Hotmail) email account, which is protected by strong passwords and two‑factor authentication. Print‑order addresses may be stored in the same inbox. No data is kept on public computers, and portable devices are password‑protected.
7. How long do we keep your data?
We keep booking‑related emails and invoices for up to five (5) years to comply with accounting obligations and to assist returning clients. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Do we share your data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA. (Note: Microsoft may process email data on servers within the EEA.)
