Refund Policy

At Pat Sharpe Photography, I take pride in providing high-quality, professional photography and prints. All items and services are handled with care and attention — and I want you to be happy with what you receive. Please read the following policy regarding refunds and returns.

🖼️ Print Orders (Custom Products)

All prints are made to order and considered personalised products. For this reason, they are non-refundable, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

That said, if there’s a genuine issue — for example:

  • Your order arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong image, size or product,

  • Or there is a printing defect beyond normal variation,

please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no extra cost. You may be asked to provide a photo of the issue to help process your request.

📸 Photography Services (Sessions & Events)

Due to the time and preparation involved, payments for photography services (such as portraits, weddings, or events) are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

However, if you need to reschedule your session, I will do my best to accommodate — provided enough notice is given. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations (see Terms & Conditions for details), but I aim to be reasonable and fair in all cases.
