Thank you for supporting Pat Sharpe Photography. All print orders are handled with care and printed to a professional standard to ensure quality from screen to wall. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your prints will be delivered.

📦 Order Processing

All prints are made to order through a professional print lab. Once your order is received:

Please allow 2–5 working days for processing and printing.
I will notify you when your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection (if applicable).

🌍 Shipping Areas

Currently, I offer shipping within Finland and selected international locations upon request. If you're outside Finland and unsure whether I can ship to you, just get in touch — I’m happy to check!

🚚 Shipping Times

Finland: 2–7 working days from dispatch
EU countries: 5–10 working days from dispatch
Outside EU: Times may vary based on destination and customs — usually 7–15 working days

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur during holidays or due to postal disruptions.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the print. In some cases (such as local orders), hand delivery or collection may be arranged — just contact me before placing your order.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your print arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether that means a reprint, replacement, or other suitable solution.

📝 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. I cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
