How do we book you for our wedding?

To secure your date, simply get in touch through the contact page or by email. Once we confirm availability, a small booking deposit and signed agreement will secure your date.

How far in advance should we book?

Many couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for summer weddings. However, it’s always worth asking as I may still have availability for shorter notice bookings.

How many photos will we receive?

You will receive a full gallery of professionally edited high-resolution images that tell the story of your day. The exact number varies depending on the length of coverage and the flow of the wedding.

How long does it take to receive our photos?

Accepted Answer

Your edited gallery is typically delivered within 3–4 weeks after the wedding. During busy summer periods it may take slightly longer, but I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.

Do you help with posing?

Yes — I’ll guide you through family photos and couple portraits so everything runs smoothly. For most of the day, I work in a relaxed documentary style, capturing natural moments as they happen.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. I’m based in Espoo, but I photograph weddings throughout Finland. Travel outside the Uusimaa region may include a small travel fee.

What happens if it rains?

Finland’s weather can be unpredictable, but beautiful photos are still possible in any conditions. I’m always happy to help plan indoor or sheltered portrait locations if needed.

Do you offer wedding albums?

Yes, custom-designed wedding albums are available as an optional extra. Albums are designed after you receive your gallery and include online proofing before printing.

Can we request specific photos?

Absolutely. If there are important people, traditions, or moments you’d like captured, just let me know beforehand and I’ll make sure they are included.

Yes, I’m happy to photograph smaller weddings, elopements, and intimate ceremonies as well as larger celebrations.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A booking deposit is required to secure your wedding date and is non-refundable, as the date is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance can be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than four months before the wedding date. Cancellations made within four months of the wedding may not be eligible for a refund, as the date is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.
